Climbing Frames and Cages
by Jos Baker

About the workshop:
The structures that we build with our imagination can either limit us or allow us to play, to explore, to develop. How can we create spaces and environments that allow our creativity to flourish, create systems and structures that give us more freedom? The workshop will look at methods of creation and composition.

We will also cover some elements of Physicology – the approach to technical dance training developed by Jos Baker over the last 15 years.
