Screw It weekly Improvisation
Florian Vuille
Screw It weekly is an ongoing improvisation class, balancing between the lightness of play and the power of action. Each session draws from exercises on dance improvisation, creating a space to explore, take risks, and discover new ways of moving and performing.
Week by week, we’ll explore our own skills—digging into our habits to meet them more clearly, more deeply, and maybe even transform them. We’ll practice making something out of what feels like nothing. Starting from nowhere, we’ll see where we can go—without getting lost.
These classes are open to everyone, with no prior experience required.

Mondays | 19:30h
Tictac Art Choir
Tommaso Zuffa
In this newly formed choir, we’ll dive into a wide-ranging repertoire—from folk-music polyphony to pop arrangements—along with moments of improvisation and spontaneous composition inspired by games and creative explorations.

Contact Improvisation Jam
Tictac’s studio hosts a Contact Improvisation jam, open to anyone, any level of dance welcome. It starts with a research session with alternating facilitators into an open jam.
The session opens with a proposition to move, where aspects of contact, momentum, support & surprise are being discovered. From there we shift into an open laboratory, a space for autonomous exploration, where you can test ideas, construct movement together, listen and respond. The invitation is to not aim for a predetermined outcome, but rather to use silence, listening & presence as a primary guide.
Schedule
First Sunday of the month
14:00: guided practice
15:00: CI jam
18:00 end
Arrival after 14:00 is not possible.

Movement research – by SORTA Project
Paola Madrid, Lola Vera, Florencia Papaleo
During Movement Research dance practice, we will use tasks and structures to explore dance as both a social and performing experience. Improvisation will be central, moving from solo work to group exercises that develop movement quality, strength, coordination, and perception. A key focus will be the playful negotiation between the technical and emotional body. The practice may lead to choreographic exploration and connection with others through dance, and is open to both professionals and amateurs.(picture ©Johan Legraie)

Moving with the Invisible – Butoh Lab
The body contains a lifetime of experiences, constantly transforming. Butoh, dance of transformation, exists in between inside and outside space. What unfolds is total present being with deep connection to the inner landscape. The Lab offers an inclusive space for all levels to practice Butoh through exercises, improvisation and reflection, beyond its historical roots. Sessions move from grounding practices to poetic exploration, guided by various artists.
