Sarah Ludi

balance is imbalance

Our habits feel right to us and we rarely question them, although they condition our choices and the way we react to the environment.
We will explore propositions to undoe unnecessary postural tensions in order to unlock balance and our understanding of balance. My wish is to offer space and time to share our questions, to identify working principles on ourselves and other bodies, using sight, touch, and intuitive curiosity for a playful, detailed, musical and connected dancing.

These tools are informed by the collaboration with Thomas Hauert and all ZOO members over the years, mixed and integrated with my Alexander Technique practice.
