Extra Note: This is a two weeks half days workshop. The preference is that people register for both weeks to get a more extended and deep experience.
Participants who have joined previous workshop by Lewis are allowed to inquire about joining only the 2nd week, but this is up to the decision of Lewis. Write to info@tictacartcentre.com.

RelaxtoErupt is a physically demanding movement methodology designed to encourage & inspire the constant development within one’s own movement vocabulary. Workshops have a focus on how disassociated and available the body can be whilst training complex movement patterns, as well as exploring the possibilities within handstands and acrobatics. RelaxtoErupt focuses on momentum, elasticity, curiosity, and a desire to accept and understand that without failure, we will not learn. Lewis is passionate about removing the fear factor in acrobatics and floorwork by always creating a safe, hard working, yet positive environment to train in.

During this special 2 week intensive, Lewis will share key fundamentals and techniques which will allow you to approach acrobatics and the upside down world with a certain level of ease and softness. The 2nd week will then be focused on incorporating all these different elements within improvisation and how you can use the acrobatic and handstand world to be an extension of your dance (avoiding the temptation of only using handstands and acrobatics when it is obvious).
